WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
All our products are made to order in our factory based in Ukraine and lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from receipt of payment.

CAN I USE MY OWN FABRIC OR LEATHER?
Yes, you can provide us with your own fabric and leather.
CAN PRODUCTION BEGIN WITHOUT RECEIPT OF FABRIC?
Yes, all fabrics are to be received no later than 3 weeks from order commencement. Otherwise, a delay in the fabric receipt will affect the original projected completion date.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS OF MY PIECE?
Our approach allows us to customise any product, whether that's with a different finish, another kind of solid wood, alternative furnishing fabric or an increase or decrease in size. There's no need to settle for anything less than perfect.
CAN I GET HELP WITH THE FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT?

WHERE SHEPEL' FURNITURE BASED?
SHEPEL' is a Ukrainian based factory that was created by a family who is passionate about creating beautiful, ecologically safety and quality furniture.
DO YOU ARRANGE SHIPPING?
SHEPEL' provide Incoterms DAP shipping. We organize the delivery at the client's address. The delivery cost is already included in the prices. Customs taxes are depending on the country.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS?
SHEPEL' offers a standard 1-year warranty against any manufacturer's defects. The client provided fabric/leather/trim is not covered.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BEGIN PRODUCTION OF MADE TO ORDER GOODS WITH SHEPEL' FURNITURE?
We require a 70% deposit, approved order details and terms and conditions as well as all finish/fabric selections.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept wire transfers.
